For more information, please contact the City Manager’s Office: On April 6, 2020, the Pittsburg City Council adopted moratoria on residential and commercial tenant evictions and rent increases as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. On May 17th, 2021, the City Council adopted Urgency Ordinance No. 21-1488, amending Urgency Ordinance No. 20-1474 regarding commercial evictions
